Delivery Period Following receipt and clearance of payment, any purchase(s) will be posted within five working days, except for items that are not in stock. These can take up to twenty eight days to process. All parcels are despatched via a method which must be signed for upon receipt , (ensuring we can confirm the parcel was received by the customer.) With regard to ring sizing it is important that we have the correct finger size. Any ring that has to be resized will incur a charge.  

 

Payment Methods We accept all the major credit / debit cards via our payment gateway (PayPal).

 

Online Orders & Card Security All credit / debit card orders placed online are made on a secure, encrypted server to ensure the privacy and security of your information. All payment transactions take place on the secure encrypted server of our payment processor (PayPal) - we never have access to your card details at any time.

 

Refunds & Returns  When your order arrives, you have the right to return or cancel your order for any reason ; (If you have changed your mind or dont like the goods, you can cancel the order.) You have a seven day cooling off period. You can cancel at any time until the end of the seventh working day after the day on which you received your goods. The only exceptions are for goods that have been made to order or have been personalized, i.e. engraved, unless they are faulty or were supplied incorrectly. To cancel your order you must inform us in writing - by letter or email,but not by telephone. If sending a letter ,send it by Royal Mail Special Delivery so you have proof of posting and can track its progress.  If you have already paid for the goods, we will refund your money within thirty days of your cancellation. The money refunded will cover the original purchase and delivery costs. The customer will meet the costs of sending the goods back to Bourne & Kemp . The goods must be returned in their original boxes and packaging undamaged with all relevant documentation and copy invoice. All items must be returned securely packed, by Royal Mail Special Delivery Service.
